Shipping 

  • All orders ship within 1-3 business days. If you are interested in expedited shipping please contact me.

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

  • I ship worldwide.

  • Estimated Shipping Times:                                                   
    North America              6-14 business days                               
    Sweden                          1-3 business days           
    Europe                           4-7 business days           
    Everywhere else           7-14 business days                                 
    *I cannot guarantee these estimates but these are the average times for the shipping carrier I use.

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes. I am not responsible for any delay due to customs. 

Packaging

  • All paintings arrive varnished, signed and ready to hang! 

  • I use 100% recycled packaging for boxes, bubble wrap, etc. The only materials I use that are not recycled are acid-free paper and craft paper to wrap the paintings and boxes in.
     

Returns & Cancellations

  • I gladly accept returns if:                                                             
    Contact me within 5 days of delivery                                         
    Ship item(s) back within: 14 days of delivery                    

  • If your item(s) arrive broken or damaged:                             
    Please contact me immediately with pictures of the item and packaging and I will refund you for your order.

  • I cannot accept returns for the following items:                             
    Ceramic pieces (due to their fragile nature)           
    All custom orders                                                     
    All sale items                                                                           
    *Unless item(s) arrives damaged but please don't hesitate to contact me!

  • Conditions of a Return:                                                                 
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item(s)      don't arrive in their original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

  • I do not accept cancellations. But please contact me and I would be happy to find a solution!
